Important Information

Parking for approximately 30 vehicles is available at Coronation Hall. There is only parking for approximately 6 vehicles at Chapel Hall.

A damage deposit will be payable at the point of booking.

Bouncy castles and fireworks are not permitted in our venues or on the surrounding grounds.

If you wish to sell alcohol at your event, you are required to apply for a Temporary Event Notice from Wokingham Borough Council; the charge is approximately £21 and a copy must be provided to the Town Council prior to your event.

It is your responsibility to clear all rubbish from the venue after your event, for which you must provide your own bin bags. The venue must be returned to the state in which it was found. A fee will be charged for any rubbish left.
