CATERING INFORMATION
Catering can be provided for events at the Oakwood Centre, either via our in-house caterers, Brown Bag, or you may source your own external professional caterer. Where you wish to use an external caterer, you must provide us with a copy of their up to date Food Hygiene Certificate. Hirers are not permitted to bring their own food and drink for their event, with the obvious exception of personal water bottles.
Brown Bag can provide a range of catering options, from light refreshments, to breakfasts, lunches and buffets.
You may also operate a bar at your event, which can sell alcoholic beverages; again, this can be provided in-house or externally.
Should you require catering and / or a bar, we will discuss this with you at the point of booking.

Important Information
Parking is not available for hirers on site at the Oakwood Centre. The nearest public car park is Headley Road Pay & Display, which is opposite the centre, adjacent to Lidl. Hirers must not use Coronation Hall car park, which must be kept free for hirers of that venue.
A £200 damage deposit will be charged in advance for all social bookings.
Children's and young people's birthday parties, up to the age of 21, are not permitted at The Oakwood Centre.
Bouncy castles and fireworks are not permitted in our venues or on the surrounding grounds.
