Flooding and Storm Damage
Wokingham Borough call in contractors to deal with flooding and any storm damage e.g fallen trees on the public highway. Contact 0118 9746335 or for out-of-hours emergencies (0800) 212111.

Fly tipping
Fly tipping is the dumping of rubbish onto any piece of land which does not have a licence to accept waste. To report instances of fly tipping contact Waste Services on 0118 974 6339 / 6307.

Free school meals
Children of families on low income may be entitled to free school meals. For more information contact the Contracts team on 0118 9746051.

Gardening help for elderly or disabled council tenants
Elderly or disabled people who are not able to maintain their gardens, are able to get help from Wokingham Borough Council. Contact them on 0118 9743771 / 3772 for more information.

Garden of Remembrance
To remember your loved ones, you can purchase a plaque from Woodley Town Council to be displayed in the Garden of Remembrance in Woodford Park. Contact Woodley Town Council on 0118 9690356, for more information.

Garden Waste
Green Bags for your garden waste are provided by Wokingham Borough Council. You can also collect a green bag from the Oakwood Centre. These are £5 each and must be paid for by cheque made payable to Wokingham Borough Council.
