Woodley Town Council is committed to providing the best possible services but there may be occasions where things could be done differently. In order to improve our services we welcome feedback from our customers.

If you would like to make a complaint about the Council or the serice you have received you can follow the complaints procedure which you can download here. This will explain the process of how your complaint will be dealt with.
