We offer a wide range of courses and activities to suit all tastes and ages from Badminton to Aqua Fit

Monday
50+ Aqua Fit (Term Time) -
11:30am – 12:00pm
Non impact exercise suitable for over 50’s with energy to burn
Adult Badminton Club -
7:00 – 8:30pm
A chance to play a variety of abilities in a friendly and sociable atmosphere
Circuit Training -
5:30 – 6:25pm & 6:30 – 7:25pm
Moving to Woodford Park from September 2010!
Suitable for both men and women covering a range of floor and upper body exercises whilst working at you own pace
Body Sculpting -
7:30 – 8:30pm
Moving to Woodford Park from September 2010!
Toning to music, concentrating on floor and upper body exercises using hand weights
Tuesday
Junior Trampolining (Term TIme) -
4:30 - 5:30pm (Beginners) & 5:30 - 6:30pm (Improvers)
For Children aged 5 and over. A fun 10 week course with friendly and experienced coaches
Wednesday
Aqua Fit -
9:00 – 9:30am (Term Time)
Non impact exercise suitable for non-swimmers, helping you to improve your fitness levels in a fun session
Junior Trampolining (Term Time) -
4:00 – 5:00pm (Mixed Ability)
For children aged 5 and over. A fun 10 week course with friendly and experienced coaches
Aqua Fit -
7:15 – 8:00pm
Non impact exercise suitable for non-swimmers, helping you to improve your fitness levels in a fun session
Thursday
Disabled/Post-Op Swim -
5:00pm - 6:00pm (Term TIme) or 4:45 - 6:00pm (School Holidays)
Exclusive use of the pool with 1 carer admitted free
Friday
50+ Aqua Fit (Term Time) -
10:45 - 11:15am

Additional Needs Swim School (Term Time) -
5:00pm - 6:00pm
For children aged 5 – 16 years, 12 week course with friendly and experienced teachers and water assistants
Saturday
Judo -
9:00 - 11:00am
For children aged 5+ 10 week judo course for all levels and abilities with friendly and experienced coaches
Sports Club -
2:00 - 4:00pm
Open to everyone. The aim of this club is to get members of the BME Community more active in sport
