Our children's activity programme - Healthy Habits for kids - was launched with an aim to get local children active and confident. We offer an exciting range of activities during both term-time and the school holidays, with all sessions run by high quality and reputable coaches. Take a look below to see what's on offer!

Mini Movers Course

These exciting new sessions will include a combination of the following every week; trampolining, dance, group games and soft play adventure. The aim of each activity is to improveyour child’s agility, balance, co-ordination, core strength and ultimately confidence!

Trampolining Courses

Bounce your way through the term by enrolling on one of our trampoline courses! Our fully qualified team of British Gymnastics instructors will aim to improve your technique and skill level by following the British Gymnastics award scheme.

Tuesdays 4:00pm - 4:55pm OR 4:55pm - 5:50pm     (Ages 5 - 18 years, 13 week courses)

Toddler Dance  *NEW*

These exciting new sessions will provide toddlers with the opportunity to learn and practice fun dance routines and games designed to increase a child's happiness, fitness, musicality and use of their imagination! 

Tuesdays  1:45pm - 2:30pm       (Ages 3 - 5 years)

Judo Courses

Judo is a modern martial art that helps develop both an individuals physical ability and mental strength. On our courses children will learn a variety of Judo techniques including lifts and throws that students can practice safely without causing harm to their opponents.

Saturdays 9:00am - 10:00am OR 10:00am - 11:00am

Soccer Skillz Club

Our Soccer Skillz Club offers the chance for young boys and girls to improve their tricks and flicks along with their core technique for the beautiful game. Sessions will be coordinated by members of our fully qualified team of FA coaches and will offer an inclusive experience for every budding soccer star!

Junior Badminton Club 

Our increasingly popular Junior Badminton Club is the perfect first step into badminton. Our fully qualified team of Badminton England coaches coordinate these exciting weekly sessions and ensure that all newcomers are made welcome. The sessions aim to help introduce and develop the basic skills of badminton in a fun and friendly atmosphere that guarantees a smashing time!

Kwik Cricket Club

Why not turn out for an innings at our Kwik Cricket club?! These relaxed sessions will help to improve crucial cricket techniques including batting, bowling and catching alongside other important skills. The sessions are perfect for those looking to take their first steps into cricket whilst still being challenging to those more experienced cricketers.

Tumble Tots

Help your child develop the vital physical skills and confidence needed for life with Tumble Tots and Gymbabes, Britain's leading activity play programme. Week by week it develops not only agility, balance, climbing and coordination skills, but also essential listening and language skills so useful in school and later life. Street Feet Dance

Street Feet work with boys and girls aged 3-15 years old who want to stop being shy, make new friends and dramatically improve their confidence in just 12 weeks. They may be shy individuals who struggle with their confidence but love music and would like to dance. What separates Street Feet from other street dance providers is that they are the only dance school in Berkshire using a dance confidence formula to specifically increase the self esteem of dancers. As a result children are more confident, happier and look forward to coming to classes every week!

Woodley Goju Ryu Karate Club
